With a background in aerospace engineering and executive leadership, Paul Quinn brings unmatched precision, problem-solving, and professionalism to Austin’s real estate market. Before founding Quinn Real Estate, he led an accomplished career in engineering and manufacturing—working with major aerospace innovators such as Hughes Aircraft and North American Aviation, and later serving as President and CEO of American Microelectronics. His technical expertise was instrumental in projects including the environmental control systems for NASA’s original Lunar Excursion Module.

After decades in high-tech industries, Paul transitioned his analytical mindset and leadership skills into real estate and custom home development. Licensed in Texas since 2004, he has guided countless clients through every step of the building and buying process, earning a reputation for clear communication, hands-on involvement, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Beyond real estate, Paul has founded and led successful ventures—including a pool service company that grew from six to over 300 clients in just three years—and served in community leadership roles across Central Texas, from HOA boards to local chambers of commerce and police foundations.
